PDF parsing stays in your browser. Choosing Review with AI sends the text you approve to OpenAI for feedback and proposed rewrites. We don’t save resumes or AI responses.
We request no stored response from OpenAI. API data is not used for training by default. OpenAI generally retains abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days, with limited exceptions. OpenAI data policy.
To limit abuse and spending, we store request IDs, timestamps and a daily keyed hash of the network address. Hosting processes standard request metadata. Error logs contain diagnostic codes, never resume text or provider responses.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visitors and page views, with browser, device, approximate location and referrer information. It uses a short-lived request-derived identifier rather than tracking cookies. Analytics receives only the home-page URL without query strings or fragments; we do not send resume text, filenames, AI feedback or form interactions as analytics events.
